Block buster movies fascinates everyone including me! It allows us all to enjoy temporary escape from worldly things such as work, grocery bills, child care, school, etc. Although everyone knows that the realm of movies is filled with fantasy and myths, we exhilarate and get excited with the way it is presented. In the earlier days of the twentieth century, people relied more on fictional books, where they imagined the fictitious world. Yet, the evolution of the big screen soon became the favorite form of entertainment.

Collecting DVDs at home allows my family and I to watch the movies whenever we want for free.
The way of life of my family and many others is slowly improving (thank goodness) and hence we are blessed with more choices in life. Call me spoiled if you like but the annoying noises in theaters irritate me like crazy and therefore I prefer to buy DVD movies, which allows me to lean back and relax comfortably at home, without any distractions and enjoy the real thrill of watching movies.
The recent low costs in electronics has enabled me to own the same equipment as the big theaters such as surround sound system, blu ray players for my blu ray dvds and other technological updates. Oh yes…I prefer to buy blu ray dvd movies over any other type of format.

Holidays are some of the most joyous occasions especially when you spend them with family, friends and love ones. There’s nothing better than everyone watching a good movie on your big screen television or projector. I personally collect dvd movies that fits everyone’s choice such as scifi dvd movies, horror movies and comedy dvd movies. I also mix in kid’s movies and block busters.
As for social gatherings, DVD movies are perfect for keeping everyone entertained and occupied. I usually have one of my laptops setup playing a dvd in one room with a bunch of dvd movies on the side and I have the same scenario in another room. I am the master of hosting parties and get togethers and I love it! Now when kids are around, the only source that will keep them sitting in one place is a good movie on one of my big screen tvs. I know…I’ve tried it and it works perfectly!
